1. Overview
Welcome to AutoHub Africa. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and any purchase you make through it. AutoHub Africa (Pty) Ltd (registration number 2026/540322/07) operates this site ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using this site, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or place an order. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. The information you give us (name, contact details, shipping address) must be accurate and kept up to date.
3. Products, pricing and vehicle fitment
We make every reasonable effort to describe products and their vehicle compatibility accurately, but we do not guarantee that every listing is free of error. Prices are shown in South African Rand and may change at any time without notice; the price charged is the one confirmed at checkout or on your quote. Where a product has a price, you can buy it immediately; where it does not, you can request a quote — quotes are valid for 7 days from the date they're sent, after which we may need to reconfirm pricing before you can pay. Final fitment for your specific vehicle should always be confirmed with us before installation.
4. Orders and payment
Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline. Payment is processed securely via PayFast, or by EFT using the banking details we provide; orders are only confirmed once payment is received. We'll email you a formal invoice once your payment is confirmed.
5. Shipping and delivery
See our Shipping Policy for delivery areas, timeframes and costs. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or events outside our control. Risk in the goods passes to you once they are handed to the courier.

7. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, graphics, logos and images — belongs to AutoHub Africa (Pty) Ltd and is protected under South African copyright law. You may not reproduce or distribute it without our written permission.
8. Disclaimer and liability
This site and its content are provided "as is". We do not guarantee that all information is error-free, and product descriptions may occasionally contain inaccuracies. We are not liable for damage to your vehicle arising from the fitting or use of parts purchased here — professional installation is strongly recommended for all parts. Buyers assume the risk associated with part selection and installation.
9. Governing law
This site operates under South African law. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts, and we comply with the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act and the Consumer Protection Act.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on this page; continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the update.
