How does roadside assistance work here?+
Share your location from your phone, choose what you need, and we show verified providers within 5 km with their prices. Pick one and pay a R100 request fee; they have 5 minutes to accept and then come to you.
What does it cost?+
R100 to AutoHub Africa to send the request, plus the provider's own price for the job (shown before you request), which you pay them directly. Towing is a minimum fee plus a rate per km; fuel delivery is the fuel at pump price plus a service fee.
What if nobody accepts?+
If the provider you chose doesn't accept within 5 minutes, you can choose another one at no extra cost. If nobody can help, your R100 is refunded.
Are the providers checked?+
Yes. Every provider uploads their ID, a selfie and proof of the vehicle they use (for towing, the tow truck and its registration), and we verify them before they can take jobs.
