Where we ship

We currently ship to physical addresses within South Africa.

Shipping fee

A flat rate of R120 applies to every order, regardless of order size.

Processing and delivery times

• Orders are typically processed within 1 working day of payment being confirmed.
• Transit time is typically 1–2 working days within South Africa.
• Total estimated delivery time: 2–3 working days from payment confirmation.
• Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

These are estimates, not guarantees — delivery can occasionally take longer due to courier delays or circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we'll email you with tracking information where available.

Damaged, lost or missing packages

Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged or missing, contact us immediately at info@autohubafrica.co.za so we can resolve it with the courier.

Delivery address changes

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we're unable to change the delivery address once an order has been handed to the courier.
